Las Vegas, NV, August 12, 2008 - The Andrew Martin for Assembly District 13 campaign named a steering committee to help guide the campaign to success in the November 4 general election. Members include:

• Kelvin Atkinson, Assemblyman from District 17 since 2003

• Jim Bilbray - Former United States Congressman from Nevada, Deputy District Attorney, and Nevada State Senator

• Erin Bilbray - Founder, Emerge Nevada and DNC Committeewoman

• Edith Byrd - Nevada State Democratic Party Assembly District Leader, District 13

• Adam Taylor - Administrator, Clark County School District and former Democratic Nominee (2006) for Assembly District 13
